• Family & group rates are also available - for most North American trips, and my be applicable for some international itineraries.
• INCLUDED: All canoes, (other craft in some cases), all equipment, professional Sunrise expedition/river guides at an approx. participant/guide ratio of 4/5:1; ground/air transportation between indicated meeting location and river, all meals and food on-river, and hotel accommodations where specifically indicated. Personal packs, tents, & PFD’s are also provided free of charge, (if you opt not to bring your own.)
• Published rates on Sunrise trips include all taxes & access/permit/usage fees.
• NOT INCLUDED: Personal clothing, sleeping bags, mattress pads, guides’ gratuities, personal liquor & purchases, fishing/hunting licenses, airfare to trip meeting location, accommodations unless specifically indicated, and meals off-river.
• CANCELLATION POLICY:
  0 - 59 days prior to trip - deposit non-refundable
  60 - 89 days - 35% deposit refundable
  90 days or more - 75% refundable
  Trip balances are due in our office 21 days prior to trip departure, unless otherwise indicated on individual trip itineraries. Trip balances are non-refundable.Trip “no-shows”, or those leaving a trip early on their own accord will not receive a refund of either deposit or balance of payment. Refunds may not be payable due to acts of declared or undeclared war and/or terrorism.
• Sunrise reserves the right to cancel any trip, with full refund, due to forces of nature or logistical situations that may impede or prevent trip operations, or in the event that less than Sunrise’s minimum number of participants have signed up for a particular trip. In the latter case we may offer participants the option of paying a higher fee structure for the trip.
• Sunrise is not responsible for additional expenses and travel costs incurred by participants due to schedule or logistical changes stemming from either natural conditions or trip cancellations. In the event of insufficient enrollment Sunrise will
  notify participants of cancellations at least 30 days prior to trip departure.
• Prices on international trips may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations. A deposit on a particular trip guarantees the rate under which the trip was booked.
• Trip Insurance: Baggage is carried entirely at participant’s risk. Medical or emergency evacuations are at participant’s own expense. On arctic/international trips in particular, you may wish to protect yourself and your baggage with a short term traveler’s insurance policy. Trip cancellation insurance may also cover losses on non-refundable air and land costs on trips cancelled due to illness or many other causes. For your convenience, a short term traveler’s insurance application will be provided with your trip confirmation.
• Special Dietary Needs can be accomodated in most situations. Upon confirmation of your reservation Sunrise will provide participants with a Trip Information Form and Release which provides participants the opportunity to clarify all special needs, medical conditions, and personal equipment needed.
